“I worked for Shanky for a period of 5 years during 1999 - 2004. As you can imagine it is a pretty long time for someone to work with the same manager. First of all he is a very good human being and a kind hearted person who supports & encourages his team beyond the working life - I had seen his sympathy and empathy for associates personal issues and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable with excellent communication skills and with perfect Customer Orientation. He has a very clear thought process and knows when to draw a line. He has an unflinching passion towards work, the will to achieve and I am sure, any bigger responsibility will only bring out the bigger hunger in him to succeed.
